Here is a list of our Top 10 DJ's voted in by LSA students!

Every year music blogs around the world curate a list of top 100 DJ’s voted in by fans. We decided to run a poll amongst our own LSA alumni to see what DJ’s they're voting for this year, here are the top 10.
10: Richie Hawtin: Sitting at 10 we have Richie Hawtin. Born on June 4, 1970, Richie is a British-Canadian electronic musician and DJ. A three-time DJ Awards winner, he was an influential part of Detroit techno's second wave of artists in the early 1990s and has ever since been a leader in the minimal techno genre. Recently Richie has been touring all over the globe with his ‘CLOSE’ Live tour.
9: Eric Prydz: Eric Prydz is a Swedish DJ and producer best known for his 2004 hit single "Call On Me", his remix of Pink Floyd's "Another Brick In The Wall" and more recently the anthem "Pjanoo". He also releases music under the aliases of Cirez D, Pryda and Sheridan. Eric is well known for his shows that incorporate some must see visuals.
8: Honey Dijon: Honey Dijon (formerly known as Miss Honey Dijon, or Honey Redmond), is an American DJ, producer, electronic musician, and fashion icon. She was born in Chicago and is based in New York City. She has performed at clubs, festivals, art fairs, galleries and fashion events worldwide.
7: Roger Sanchez: Roger Sanchez (born June 1, 1967) is a Dominican-American house music DJ, remixer and producer. He won a Grammy Award for his remix of "Hella Good" by No Doubt in 2003, and is best known for his song "Another Chance", which was an international hit in 2001.
6: Peggy Gou: Peggy Got is a South Korean-born DJ and producer based in Berlin. During the 2010s, she became internationally renowned for energetic DJ sets, which dreamily flow through various styles of techno, house, and electro.
5: Solomun: A respected underground DJ and producer for a number of years, his stratospheric rise in popularity kicked off in 2012. The same year Mixmag Magazine voted him as “DJ of the Year.
4: Black Coffee: Black Coffee (born Nkosinathi Maphumulo on 11 March 1976) is a South African record producer and DJ. He began his career around 1995 and has released five albums as well as a live DVD under his Johannesburg-based record label, Soulistic Music.
3: DJ EZ: DJ EZ was born in London and raised in Tottenham, North London. His early discovery and love of house, hip hop and electro led to listening to pirate radio and recording early mixes in the hope to land a show on them.

1: Carl Cox: Carl Cox (born 29 July 1962) is a British house and techno record producer and DJ. In the 1980s, Cox became a mainstage DJ in the electronica industry. He has performed at numerous clubs and events worldwide and has served as a monthly DJ for BBC Radio 1's Essential Mix.
