Studio Equipment That Can Boost Creativity

I think all producers can agree that there are days in the studio where it can be hard to get things going musically. There is a lot of advice online on how to overcome this and I have tried many different techniques and some of them do work! One of the ways I find helps the most is having a play with unique pieces of equipment, I find this can really boost creativity as its mostly a case of you just having fun and then stumbling upon a happy mistake that could work in a track! In my eyes creativity doesn’t just stem from being musically productive but also finding ways to improve workflow which can give more room for creativity!

TEENAGE ENGINEERING

The guys over at Teeange Engineering have put together what they call pocket synths. These synths are exactly what the name says: They are synths that fit in your pocket! These can be a bundle of fun, you will stumble across so many different sounds and cool animations. There are many different variations of these pocket synths such as the « Rick & Morty » collaboration, office synth, arcade synth and many more. Check out the photos below to get an idea of what they look like!
